• Create a free digital memorial profile and plan for end-of-life with a free or paid account.
• Connect and communicate with family, friends, and other users “Contacts” to view profiles; send messages or notifications regarding memorial plans, legacy wishes, and end-of-life celebration plans.
• Access planning tools, resources, and guidance for end-of-life events.
• Access search services, content, templates, and other features.
All content and features made available through the Service that were not made available as of the "Last updated" date above shall automatically be deemed part of the Service when first made available.
ELIGIBILITY
Use of the Service is void where prohibited. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and abide by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old to register or use the Service.

• Add contacts and send notifications to other account users.
• Access your account, view dashboard, and receive notifications or communications.
• Upload photos, videos, or documents.
• Purchase Hello I'm Dead subscriptions or services.
In order to register, you must provide a valid email address and additional information such as your name, mailing address, and phone number.
MEMORIAL NOTIFICATIONS
Hello I'm Dead provides users with the ability to create and send notifications for celebrations of life, culminations, memorial plans, funerals, goodbye messages, or legacy wishes. We provide customizable templates for these notifications, which you can personalize with specific event information, descriptions, and images.
HELLO I'M DEAD SUBSCRIPTIONS
Hello I'm Dead offers users the opportunity to purchase a Hello I'm Dead tiered subscriptions, providing enhanced features for creating and managing tasks, content, and communications related to end-of-life planning, memorial plans, and legacy wishes. Subscription fees will apply as outlined in the subscription agreement.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may cancel your Hello I'm Dead Pro subscription at any time by logging into your account. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle as specified by the subscription terms. No refunds will be issued for unused services.
ACCOUNT DELETION and DEACTIVATION
You may delete your Hello I'm Dead account at any time by logging into your account. By deleting your account, you understand and agree to the following:
1. Your account and all associated data, including profile, user name, personal information, content, and activity, will be deactivated.
2. This action is irreversible, and once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any data or content associated with your account.
3. Some information may be retained for reporting, audits, compliance, regulatory, or security purposes as outlined in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
4. If you have any active subscriptions or payments, these will be canceled, but you may still be liable for payments due based on the subscription end date.
5. Deleting your account will terminate your access to all services and features tied to your account, including any premium services or content.
